Shipping Policy

1. Our preparation cycle is 7 days. Under normal circumstances, we will ship within 24 or 48 hours. In case of insufficient stock, we will usually ship within 7 days. However, in the event of holidays, natural disasters, fires, or other force majeure events, we will extend the shipping time accordingly and notify customers of refunds or delayed shipments.

2. We use CNE or YFH logistics services. Logistics have multiple express channels, ensuring safety and speed. Under normal circumstances, packages will be delivered within 12-20 days. Delays may occur in some remote areas or countries, but the shipping status of each order will be tracked by dedicated personnel.

3. If you require express delivery, we will calculate the shipping cost based on your country or region. You can pay the shipping cost to us. Express delivery time is 7-12 days, and delays may occur in special circumstances. (This website does not provide any commercial express services, such as DHL/UPS/FEDEX, etc. Currently, commercial express services are suspended, and delivery time cannot be guaranteed.)

4. We have set up free shipping templates for most countries/regions. We will calculate the accurate shipping cost based on your location. Whether shipping is free or requires an additional fee will be displayed at checkout.

5. Customs duties may apply upon arrival in your country, incurring additional costs. The seller is not responsible for these costs; all costs are borne by the buyer.

6. Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable in EU member states. This website has a VAT index for your country, which you will see at checkout.

7. Our packages will be filled with bubble wrap. If you receive a damaged or defective package, please send us a feedback email as soon as possible.
